Where is the filter housing located in my refrigerator?
The filter housing is located either in the front base grille on the bottom of your refridgerator, or inside your refrigerator on the top back corner.
How do I install this filter?
First locate the filter housing. Then open it and push to release the old filter. Have a cloth handy to wipe the excess water. Once the filter housing is empty, remove the cap from your new filter. Ensure the filter is positioned in the correct direction, and insert the filter. Once the filter is mostly inserted, slightly push it in to secure it. Close the filter housing. Before use clear stray particles in the filter by running the water from the dispenser and disposing of it. Now the filter is ready to provide 6 months of fresh water.
